Silas 8 Weeks Old

Silas is a great baby. We are so lucky! He is sleeping many nights right through from 9:30 until 5:00. Wow. What a difference from his brother's at his age. He is now 23.5 inches long and more than 12 pounds. He holds up his head and has rolled over a few times from tummy to back. He smiles and laughs all the time. I think he is going to be the one who keeps our family lighthearted and looking at the sunny side of life. Not to put pressure on him at such a young age, but he seems to be naturally optimistic and happy. If he cries for more than 5 minutes at a time it is an anomaly. Really. Lucky. Yes, we are.

Waylon and Vladimir

The big brothers are doing great as well. At 2 years old they are already protective of their younger sibling. At the mall playground Vladimir makes sure all of the other kids know that he is his brother and they better not touch him. Waylon likes to talk with him and play with him when he is on the floor for tummy time.

Vladimir and Waylon with Calder

We all took a trip to Storm King last weekend. All of the boys had a great time. The big boys think Alexander Calder makes great jungle gyms! We will definitely be back there. What a great place for kids to run around. And the boys loved all of the big "blocks". They were very inspired to build when they got home, not to mention exhausted.

Papa Adzentoivich has been visiting for the past few weeks. We went with Papa and Mama to Compo Beach in Westport. It was a fun day! (Vladimir in Green, Waylon in White)
